Where do you ship?
We ship internationally to most of areas of the world.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Russia at this time.
What are the shipping costs?
- Standard shipping with Postal Services is FREE
- Express Courier delivery 2-5 working days is EUR 14.99
How long will the delivery take?
FREE Standard Shipping:
- Latvia - 2-5 working days
- Europe - 5-10 working days
- The rest of the world - 7-21 working days
Express Courier Delivery:
2-5 working days
Please allow for 3-5 days production time on top of the shipping time. In case if you need your order urgently, please contact us and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can choose between these payment methods:
- Credit or Debit card (through Paypal)
- Direct Paypal payment
- Direct Bank Transfer
What is your return policy?
If you purchased an item online and it doesn't fit or is not as you expected, no worries! Just send us the item back within 60 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. But make sure the item is exactly as you received it - with all the tags on and not faulty.
If you have removed the tags unfortunately we won't be able to accept the return.
We are also unable to accept returns on items that have been altered to your measurements.
Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer personalisation?
Yes, we do. We can take into account your specific measurements, required length and even colour requests.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on personalised items.
Can I cancel my order?
You can always cancel your order before it has been sent out for delivery.
After it has been sent out you can refuse to accept the delivery or post the item back to our address:

We will refund you full item price after we have received the item back in our warehouse.
Please note that you will still have to cover the postage costs if you decide to cancel the order after it has been sent out for delivery.
Important: for personalised orders, we can only cancel the order up until it has gone into production, so in case of an ordering error, please contact us ASAP.
